Penalties will be added to all bills on the 17th of the month (or next business day). Water cut-off for all unpaid bills is on the 20th of the month (or next business day).

Small loads will be picked up by the City of Moscow if placed beside the street. Large loads will be charged $50 per load for pickup.
Please note that the City will only remove brush, limbs and leaves.
NO HOUSEHOLD GOODS OR TRASH.

Trash cans are emptied weekly on Wednesdays. We recommend you place your trash container by the curb before going to bed on Tuesday night. Trash will only be picked up if placed inside the trash container.
