Click here to make ONLINE PAYMENTS from your computer, tablet or phone. Payments are due the 1st through the 28th of the month. Penalties will be added to all bills on the 29th of the month (or next business day). Water will be cut-off for all unpaid bills over 30 days past due.

Small loads will be picked up by the City of Moscow if placed beside the street.
Please note that the City will only remove brush, limbs and leaves.
NO HOUSEHOLD GOODS OR TRASH.
Large loads will be charged $50 per load for pickup added to your bill.

Brush and Limb Cleanup
Trash cans are emptied weekly on Wednesdays. We recommend you place your trash container by the curb before going to bed on Tuesday night. Trash will only be picked up if placed inside the trash container.
